Mackenzie is the Global Startup Evangelist at AWS. His days are spent traveling the globe to meet startups, share their stories, and connect engineering teams together. Every day there are a large number of startups launching on AWS across every imaginable industry. It’s Mackenzie’s mission to find stories of startups that are helping to improve the world and share these stories with a wide audience.

Through networking opportunities and mentorship, we aim to support the next generation of women executives while promoting diversity and inclusion in business, particularly for those historically marginalized in society.

As CEO of LogicMonitor, Christina is accelerating hypergrowth and delivering on brand promise. With over two decades in enterprise software leadership roles, she previously served as the company's President, built Customer Success and Enterprise GTM Teams at Slack, and pioneered the Customer Success practice at Salesforce. Christina serves on Rapid7's board, is a founding partner of Operator Collective promoting diversity in tech, and sits on Northwestern University's Engineering Advisory Board. A champion of women in tech, she's passionate about fusing technology and business. Christina holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and is based in the Bay area.
Liz focuses on delivering results-driven enhancements that have a tangible impact on customers and employees. With a robust background in cross-functional work across all business domains, she leads strategic initiatives to elevate service quality and customer deliverables, particularly managed services, cloud, SaaS, and customer service. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment, founding the ConRes Connected Women Group.
Liz has an MBA from University of Notre Dame, and BA from Boston College.
With over 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Karla specializes in big data, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, and modernization solutions. She leads a global team of sales and go-to-market
specialists guiding large financial services and insurance organizations through their data and GenAI cloud journeys. Prior to joining AWS in 2020, Karla held leadership positions at TIBCO Spotfire, Cloudera, and Elastic, Inc., where she managed enterprise sales teams focusing on Fortune 500 companies across financial services, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, CPG, Retail, Media/Entertainment sectors. Karla holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University, and is based in Boston.
Jennifer is the V.P. of U.S. Content and the Executive Editor at CRN for The Channel Company, where she has been covering the IT solution provider channel for over 25 years. She currently oversees CRN magazine and CRN.com, the website for the industry’s leading channel publication, as well as MESComputing.com, the trusted source of insights and industry analysis for senior IT leaders of midsize enterprises. She previously reported on a number of technology beats for CRN, including networking and VoIP for 6 years. During her time at CRN, she has interviewed a number of industry heavyweights, including Bill Gates. She graduated from Boston University with degrees in journalism and English and lives in the Boston area with her family.
Prior to joining Quickbase in 2020, Ed was COO at Mimecast, where he was responsible for the global marketing, sales and services teams and helped bring the company public in 2015. Under his leadership, Mimecast expanded its footprint into the enterprise space, grew its annual revenue from $82M to over $400M in four years, and scaled the team from 350 employees to 1,800, while expanding offices internationally. Ed has held marketing leadership roles at PTC and Veracode; at the latter, he defined the go-to-market strategy that enabled the company to quadruple revenues during his nearly four-year tenure. Ed is on the advisory board of Ten Eleven Ventures and the Cyber Resilience Think Tank.
Natasha Sekkat is responsible for the 400-person NAMER Enterprise, SMB, Startup, and Digital Demand Generation organization at Amazon Web Services (AWS). She has been at AWS for three years, previously standing up Enterprise Greenfield for the US Inside Sales and Demand Generation teams. Her teams are responsible for growing AWS business with all companies across North America, especially low and zero-billers and new line of business and non-IT personas.
Deirdre leads a team of experts who build data solutions delivering results while optimizing data transformations. Known for her expertise in cloud-based analytics, databases, generative AI, machine learning enterprise software, business intelligence, and go-to-market strategies, she previously held senior executive positions at leading technology companies like SAP, where she led the Americas Hana launch and was General Manager of the US West region. Toner has extensive experience leading high-growth sales teams and running multi-billion-dollar businesses. She serves on the Sierra Community House Board, champions women in tech, and delivered a keynote at AWS re:Invent 2021. Toner is a strategic leader driving positive change.
Over the past three years, Shaelynn has strengthened the AWS-RingCentral alliance through expanding the strategic collaboration agreement, and accelerating pipeline growth. Shaelynn excels in evangelizing the partnership across both organizations, driving co-selling and co-marketing initiatives that ensure mutual value and success. Her ability to align cross-functional teams and foster collaboration has made her a key figure in RingCentral’s partnership strategy.

Meghan Gill is a cybersecurity professional currently serving as an Account Executive at GuidePoint Security, where she collaborates with organizations to tackle their cybersecurity challenges. Prior to this, she was an Enterprise Sales Director at ArmorCode Inc., supporting businesses throughout the Greater Boston area. With over six years at Mimecast and experience at Snyk, Meghan is committed to helping customers solve complex problems with tailored security strategies. She resides in Natick, Massachusetts, and is an avid fitness enthusiast who never misses a Peloton class.
